Buying process

To make an online purchase at www.frine.pt, follow the steps:

1. Choose the product you want and click ADD. The colors displayed on computers depend on several factors such as the resolution of the monitor and the color temperature setting of the monitor itself, so the actual color of the product may not be the same as the color shown in the photograph.

2. After choosing the products, click on the SHOPPING CART to see the purchase.

3. If you have a coupon, add it and click APPLY. You will see the price result on the side.

4. After choosing the coupon, define the COUNTRY, the REGION, and then ESTIMATE SHIPPING. You will see the freight cost appear next to the sum. In some periods of the year, the Ports can be Free.

5. With all values calculated, click CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT.

6. Fill in your details correctly, check the payment method you prefer, choose the shipping method and then click on ORDER REVIEW.

7. Check all data and items in your order, if everything is right, click on FINISH ORDER. You will be redirected to the secure payment portal of your choice.

Payment

Payment is made by ATM and bank reference, MBWay or Credit Cards. After payment there is no need to send proof, it is an automatic process to which your order is immediately paid and sent for dispatch.

Payment instructions are provided when you complete your purchase via the shopping cart, once the order is completed you will receive an email confirming your purchase. After payment, just wait 2-3 working days to receive the email with the shipping information.

Credit Card Payments will be redirected to this portal. After filling in the data, when you click PAY. Your order will be completed.

Payments with MBWay will be redirected to this portal. After filling in your mobile number, when you click CONFIRM. You will receive a payment request in your MBWay application. Follow the website using your registration to check the payment approval status.

MULTIBANCO Referral Payments will be redirected to this page. After making the payment, click CREATE ACCOUNT. Follow the site using your registration to check the payment approval status.

Register

To register or login. Ascend the LOGIN link at the top of the site. The account will function as the personal and private space where, for example, favorite products or order history will be associated. This personal account will also be associated with sending our newsletter and promotions.

With an account created, our customers will have the possibility to have their data automatically recognized whenever they visit our online store.

Send

Orders are sent via CTT by registered mail or carrier. After leaving the order you receive an email with the tracking number to follow your order on the CTT platform or the carrier.

Shipping options are free for Portugal.

Delivery times

Frine is open from Monday to Friday, with the exception of December 24th, 25th and 26th, January 31st, 1st and 2nd and holidays. Delivery times may be slightly longer during these periods. With the exception of these exceptions, the normal delivery times will be those mentioned above. We are not responsible for delays due to failures in the Delivery services (for example: strikes or festive seasons).

Purchases made after 2:00 pm will only be dispatched on the next business day.
